Dance Victoria 09-10 Season Order Form Build Your Own Series
This form will enable you to build your own series of dance performances by selecting a minimum of three productions that are part of the Dance Victoria season. Please note: Filling out the following form will not allow you to purchase your tickets on-line. Instead it will assist you with preparing your tailor-made package so that when you phone, fax, mail, or visit the box office in person, the customer service representative will be able to fill your special order efficiently.
