Pite's Emergence received four Dora Awards, including "Outstanding Production," when it premiered in 2009. Kudelka's The Man in Black, set to six Johnny Cash covers, was reviewed as "surprisingly simple in its approach and genius in its outcome" (Dance Magazine). Forsythe's the second detail has lived in The National's repertoire since 1991 and was recently hailed as "a masterpiece" (Toronto Sun).

Please join us for an artist-audience chat in the theatre lobby prior to each performance. We invite a member of the company to talk about their experience choreographing, dancing, and touring the performance you're about to see. Our pre-show chats begin 45 minutes before curtain and are free to ticket holders.
