Studio Rentals
Dance Victoria Studios are located at 2750 Quadra Street and are available for you to rent for dance classes, rehearsal and dance related events. Our mandate is to rent the facility to local dancers and dance professionals, but we also rent to Yoga, Pilates, Theatre and other Arts organizations in the community.
Our facility includes 3 dance studios and a commercial kitchen (view floor plan).
Studio One
1800 square feet

The hardwood floor in Studio One is ideal for ballroom, swing, salsa, breakdancing, contemporary, yoga and Pilates. The studio features ballet barres (wall mounted), with mirrors along one wall. A CD player with iPod docking station and MP3 hookup is included.
Studio Two

The Marley dance floor in Studio Two is ideal for tap, flamenco, ballet, jazz, and contemporary. The studio features mirrors along one wall. A CD player with iPod docking station and MP3 hookup is included.
Studio Three

The Marley dance floor in Studio Three is ideal for small classes of tap, ballet, jazz, and contemporary as well as musical theatre, theatre, yoga and Pilates. The studio features mirrors along one wall. A CD player with iPod docking station and MP3 hookup is included, as well as a Yamaha Clavinova electric piano.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes two commercial fridges, commercial dishwasher, commercial microwave oven and pass-through window. Rental is available upon request for an additional charge.
